Important: this is an illustrative estimate, not a tariff quote or meter reading. Thermostatic cycling, ambient temperature, insulation, ventilation, door opening, auxiliary loads and standing charges are not modelled.
How the estimate works
It multiplies the heater’s rated kilowatts by the combined heat-up and session hours, then by your electricity unit rate. This deliberately simple model is easy to audit and useful for comparing scenarios.
Real consumption can be lower or higher. Use a suitable energy monitor or meter data if you need observed consumption, and ask your installer or manufacturer about any additional loads.
